Potomac Oak Shopping Center

The current owners (since 2003), Travilah Oak LLC, have a dream of transforming the Potomac Oak Center into a vital, community oriented Center. The key elements are to upgrade the commercial
center within its approved expansion limits, and provide a variety of services that would appeal to the surrounding community.

The property is currently served by a septic system that has been approved for expansion, including an aerobic system. But, the expanded septic system would add only enough capacity for low water uses.

A private sewer extension would allow the Center to attract tenants that could provide the services the growing North Potomac and Travilah community deserves and support the major renovations that the Center needs.
